Lots of great training going on lately.
Right now a lot of the senior black belts from here in England are visiting Fuzhou in China to take part in a Goju-Ryu karate demonstration/training seminar/competition. My instructor has gone along, as have many of the other instructors from our area. i look forward to seeing them all when they get back to England this week.
Went to Stratford yesterday (Nov 5) to attend a training session instructed by Sensei Nigel Thomas (6th Dan) and Sensei Felix Nelson (5th Dan). The class focused on kumite training drills. It was a 4 hour class, very good level of teaching.
Now and then people will say hello to me and then say "Update your karate page! I need to know what training you have all been doing with Sensei Roy." Well, here's your update. Sorry I don't say much about the class plans for each lesson, it would take about 5 extra hours a week to do that (and I am telling you that from experience). But I will try and get on top of this again soon okay.
